8 x 90 sec (120 steps per min pace) with 30 sec rest betweenDefinitely a workout, even for my arms. Plan is to scratch the 400m on Sat. Go to the track and do a light workout Sat, see how it feels and decide if I want to race a 200m on Sun... (into the wind on a bad HS track with no competition).
