300m - 45.5It was a hard one, most volume in a while but not too bad since we took fairly generous (but not full) rest in between. Not quite as fast as I did this same workout in summer '16 with my Clifton 1s.
Happy that my feet held up for this one. 145.9 lbs after workout.
