Volume ladder 6,5,4,3

At MTSU this evening for a volume workout with Jacob.  Cloudy, 75º with a breeze.  Happy to have Jacob to push me on this one. 
Hoka trainers on 
400m warmup, stretches, drills 
600m - 1:49 
500m - 86.5 
400m - 64 
300m - 45.5
It was a hard one, most volume in a while but not too bad since we took fairly generous (but not full) rest in between.  Not quite as fast as I did this same workout in summer '16 with my Clifton 1s. 

Happy that my feet held up for this one.  145.9 lbs after workout.
