2 x 150m - 19, 20Wanted the 500s at 80 or less, but the wind and the first was really tiring, especially after yesterday's resistance. The 200s were run into the wind. After a rest, the 150s felt surprisingly strong and I ran them with a tail wind.
Probably didn't eat enough yesterday, very light ... 140.2 lbs after workout.
