speed saturday


35º this early pm at the Dean Hayes track.  After a light snow melted off, feels balmy enough for shorts.  
First real speed work in a while.

150s at nearly full effort (95%), 6-8 min in between.

800m warmup, stretches, drills
Saucony spikes on 
200m -27 
4 x 150m - 19, 19, 19.5, 20.5

Felt ok, especially the first 2 150s.  Weight is better, 141.6 after workout.

Busy now, 2 concerts in the next 3 days, then just one more hard workout on Tues. before the Cupid Invite on Friday.
