Went out today in 90º heat index to warmup, get sweaty, stretch, and burn some calories.
Hoka trainers on
stretches, 100m, bands, drills
500m - 90.30 (~73, 17.30)
Felt fine. Ran the opposite direction on the track. Not as light as yesterday which was probably mostly water loss due to being out longer.
138.9 lbs after workout.
Race tomorrow in GA.
