4 x 25 - leg kick extensions each legI will be on the track Monday, but won't be able to workout again until a week later on Sunday. Maybe I'll be able to squeeze a similar resistance workout in Friday night. I need it, I'm fat, 149 lbs. Tired of it so that will be changing.
