One upping myself a bit today. 14x stadium stairs at MTSU.
For some reason, I tend to eat more and poorly on work days so I was heavy for this workout. 145.5 before, 144 after.
Rested after 5, 8, 10, 12.
Instead of one upping myself on next track workout, may switch to 150s if the field is available. Need to stay on turf as much as possible.Stretches
