In the gym for an interval session on the rower and some glute machine Monday night. Decent workout for a short time.
Concept 2 rower
4 x 500m w/ 1min rest - 2:01, 2:04, 2:13, 2:14
Glute machine - 310 lbs
2 x 35 (each side)
Interestingly, HR peaked after rep #3 at 184, as I sprinted the last 40 sec at 41-42 stroke rate. I was pretty relaxed on rep #4 until the final 25 sec sprint. HR only got up to 170, recovered to 128 in 1:20.
