Not racing Sunday. Just too early. Want to get pain free and cross train. Going to get to the gym probably tomorrow then may head down to ATL to train where it's warmer. May try another 400m TT when I get down there. Next opportunity to race will be 1/4.
Sat for commencement today... in my robe and hood, wearing my WMA Championship medal. Only time I ever wear it.
Stored my boat in the shed for the winter. Brought my plants in.
Sunday, we're receiving an arctic blast, but it will be short lived. Sunday will be windy with high temperatures maybe reaching the mid 20ºs with wind chills all day in the low teens, single digits overnight.
