4x150m tempo on turf

Same old workout, didn't push as hard as last time but first running workout in a week and the knee felt fine.  Good enough that I wanted to do more.  But I just ended with some drills, and a 40m acceleration.   

Nice weather for winter.  Upper 50ºs, cloudy, light winds.  

Stretches, drills, bands

4 x 150m w/ 30 sec rest on turf - 24.59, 25.94, 26.07, 27.22 (avg 25.95)

Felt pretty good.  About 0.4 slower avg than last time.  HR peaked at 181, was 191 last time, so maybe didn't push as hard.  Was being a bit cautious I guess, having not run in a week.  

141.5 lbs after workout.  

It's never painful when running it's only afterward.  Today, I hope I've turned a corner and can try going to running 2x a week.  I'm going to FL tomorrow and that may really hinder my ability to train as I won't have a bike or a gym.  Maybe a pool.
