Went to the track Monday to do a warmup, drills, and bands. I then ran the short bleachers 17x.
Now at 18 weeks post op, I think I'm pushing it so I'm going to dial back on such running for a while with a slight amount of soreness reappearing. Certainly in about 4 weeks I should be able to run the big stadium stairs at MTSU. I'll be traveling to NY so I won't be doing much for the 5 days I'm gone, except ride my brother's bike.
Also, high knee running is a great workout. To run high knees on turf for 40m definitely gets the HR up.
Hanging around 144 lbs and less after workouts. Main meal 4 of last 5 days was a big salad, yesterday was a lb of salmon and broccoli.
