easy

After a tough resistance workout Sunday night focusing on glutes, Mon night I just did a warm up, drills, and some starts from blocks and 40m sprints.

Saucony trainers on 
450m warmup, stretches, drills 
6 x 40m sprints from blocks

I'm still in recovery mode.  Probably will not start training for the March meets for at least a week.

Plan to keep it light this week, and just race a 55m for fun this weekend in Sewanee.
