Gym / bike

Did 20 min on the recumbent bike again with some resistance.  2 sets of add and abductors, glute machine, calf raises.  I think I may try some very careful hiking in about 1 to 2 weeks.  2 weeks, some light biking, and water running.  

It's coming along.  The good thing is that it feels better after PT than before.  Probably will go tomorrow again.

Beautiful time of year.  No running til at least August sounds like an eternity.

  1. Stop telling yourself that it seems like an eternity. Tell yourself that it will be over in a flash and that you will enjoy the break to reset in every way. I understand that you are an addict and can't help yourself and will very probably put yourself back on the track before you should but please try to delay that eventuality as long as possible. Yeah, you're thinking who is this ahole that is saying this to me ... but you know I'm right!

    1. In fact, running by August is optimistic. I just hope to be hiking well enough to get into the mtns by then

    1. I was just looking at a Civic hatch hybrid. Maybe time to buy due to the tariff insanity since my Hyundai has 207k. Still running well, though

    2. I almost bought a Ridgeline in December but saw that they were making significant redesign to the Passport so pushed put buying until it was available. Plus I wanted to beat the tariffs. Amy has a 2024 civic hatchback it’s a really nice car.
