Nothing fast today, ham still a little sore, but no hint of problems today while running.

'split 400' - 300m - 45.85 / 1 min rest / 100m - 14.96
100m strider on the turnBest volume workout in weeks. Wanted to do 4 x 300m but my last 300m would have been mid 50s. But I think I made up for it with a bit more volume. About 2000m in total.
We'll see by tomorrow how the body tolerates this. Feel ok now. Hopefully running 400m race pace by next weekend, and if so, first race on 7/25.
Weight is good: 140.9 after workout. If I can get below 140, it will be the lightest I've been in 8 yrs.
