3 x 300m w/ 2:30 rest - 48.8, 49, 50.2 / 2:30 rest / 100m - 13.62Glad to get it done. As usual, I had to fight off thoughts about lengthening my rest, and doing one less rep, but this workout is short and sweet, low volume and something good for mid week where I don't have time for quality sprints. This was like last Wednesdays but a little faster.
Up a lb or 2, probably fro bread and/or eating chocolate.
145.8 lbs after workout.
