Brief tempo 300s again

Mid week morning workout, cloudy / hazy and humid at the Sewanee track but cool, 65º ... but felt warmer due to the humidity.  Did my brief mid week workout. 
Hoka trainers on 
300m warmup, stretches, drills
3 x 300m w/ 2:30 rest - 48.8, 49, 50.2  / 2:30 rest / 100m - 13.62
Glad to get it done.  As usual, I had to fight off thoughts about lengthening my rest, and doing one less rep, but this workout is short and sweet, low volume and something good for mid week where I don't have time for quality sprints.  This was like last Wednesdays but a little faster.

Up a lb or 2, probably fro bread and/or eating chocolate.

145.8 lbs after workout.
