Was going to run a long sprint today but can still feel the injury so I decided to keep it light. I did run fast. Tried out my spare pair of Adidas Prime SP2s. So whenever I put spikes on, like to keep the volume low. I originally planned to run a 400m with an easy first 200 but decided not to.

I did these sprints close to 100% with a 3 step rolling start.
Weight is ok still. 139.9 lbs
Maybe do a more ambitious workout Sunday when it's warm. Would like to try a 400m about 29 / 31 pace. It is volume more than speed that seems to stress the injury.
