Mostly sunny and mid to upper 40ºs at the Sewanee track. Would've been much better without the gusty SW winds. Wanted to ramp up the speed slightly in this workout. Very similar to the previous.

Hopefully may be ready for a 300m tempo workout soon, maybe I can try a 3 x 300 tempo at about 52 sometime soon. Now 3 weeks from injury and improving. Not 100% pain free yet but close. Still running gingerly, and carefully. Still a long way from race shape, at least 6 or 8 weeks.
Did rehab exercises yesterday. Rain tomorrow so I'll continue with that. Cold Monday, in the 30ºs, be back out then.
