Sunny and mid 40ºs at the Sewanee track today, light S wind. I wanted to try and run a little faster today, so no 800s. Will be a while before I can sprint. Maybe do a slow tempo set in a week or so. Felt better in last sprint.

The fastest I ran was during the last 400m, I ran the first 200m in 33, so maybe 16 or so top speed for a 100m today. Don't want to push it. Again, don't expect to sprint for a month or so.
Last night, I hit the gym for a 25 min stairmaster and some resistance work.
Tomorrow will be a good day for some rehab exercises. Snow/ice storm forecast all day. May not be back to the track til Sat since Friday will be in the 20ºs all day. So, Sat-Mon-Wed for next week on the track.
