In Rome today, there was an M55 200m race - for Italian masters. 25.71 was the winning time, only 2 of 7 under 26. Wow, not real fast considering the ideal conditions. Maybe those guys need to eat less pasta.

Masters events at Rome Diamond League
It's nice to see more Masters events on the international stage. Such events are often included in the World and National Championship meets. Usually, it's a generic "masters" event which means 40+. Nice to see specific age group races for my age group.
In Rome today, there was an M55 200m race - for Italian masters. 25.71 was the winning time, only 2 of 7 under 26. Wow, not real fast considering the ideal conditions. Maybe those guys need to eat less pasta.
